You may find your question is already answered on my FAQ page. I really appreciate hearing from my readers–and yes, I read all the mail; I don't have a secretary or personal assistant. Unfortunately, the immediacy of e-mail and the volume of online traffic has made it impossible to answer all letters. Much as I would like very much to reply to each and every one of you, or begin a regular correspondence, I just can't–not if I'm to have time to keep writing my books! So please don't think your letter doesn't mean anything to me. It does! I'm truly glad you care enough to write me, and I very much wish I could answer everyone. Your questions may already be answered on my FAQ page, or you may reach me through my online NewsGroup. Often I'm much quicker to answer questions there than in e-mail, as I monitor it regularly. If you wish to have a book or bookplate signed, you may reach me through my publisher, DAW Books. Please include a pre-stamped, pre-addressed book mailer or envelope; I cannot sign and return items that don't arrive with return postage or packaging. And always allow extra time for me to return items, as often I am out of town. Thanks again for all the letters!
