"Cassidy"

CASSIDY (Ch. Cheysuli's High Hopes) Cassidy caught my eye the instant he was born because of the big black patch over his left eye.  As he grew on, his overall quality became obvious and I tagged him as my next specials prospect.  He entered the show ring at the end of January 2008, winning Best in Sweeps at the Southern California Specialty, followed by Winners Dog at both all-breed shows.  His next outing at the big Fiesta Cluster in Scottsdale, AZ, resulted in Cassidy finishing his championship in fine style, including a BOB win over a Top Ten-ranked special.  His quest for a championship ended with four majors, three BOWs, and a BOB, all accomplished in the space of two weekends.  In keeping with his name, I have high hopes for him as a special as he matures.
